Welcome to the August Community Hub.
On the 11th August the programme will be as follows:
8.30am to 10.30am – Informal Coffee event – hosted by Gabriella Ignacz for Link4Growth
10.30am to 12.30pm – Morning Workshop: Empowering our Communities – The importance of providing a space where people can safely give and receive support.
Facilitated by Emma Jaynes and Chris Ogle.
12.30pm to 14.00 – Lunch Break
14.00 to 16.00 – Afternoon Business Tasters – In preparation for our September ‘Business Startup Basics’ Double Bill with Peter Bays, Keith Abrahams will be providing us with tasters covering – Business Planning and Breakthrough; Enterprise programmes and Leadership Skills.
This will be introduced by Jean Flower.
16.00 to 18.00 – Conversations in the Bar
18.00 to 19.30 – Link4Business – sharing good conversations with People and Business – facilitated by Susannah Mitchell.
19.45 to 21.45 – Informal Drinks in the bar – hosted by Emma Jaynes and Keith Abrahams for Link4Growth.
Gabriela Serea will be offering short, one to one reflexology hand massages for a subsidised rate throughout the day. She will also have some hand pampering kits for sale for you to take away with you if you wish!
All facilitators, sponsors and contributors are qualified and experienced professionals who are considered experts within their fields. They offer their time and knowledge in service to the community and as a result, workshop sessions may be offered at a subsidised rate, and sometimes free of charge, to individuals attending the hub. The Community Hub runs a varied programme, monthly in the Sun Hotel.
